Leatherworking is my passion, and my number one goal with my business is to put the most durable, yet affordable products in the hands of my customers!

Every product that I make starts out as a whole hide shipped to my shop directly from the supplier supplier. I do not sub-out any parts of my production process. I am the one cutting, dying, stitching, painting and finishing each product.


I pride myself in using the highest quality leather, saddlery grade rivets and hardware that I can find in all of my products. All of my products are fully warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship. I offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturer defects, such as (but not limited to) a busted snap or cracked hardware. 



If the product you purchase is significantly misrepresented in any way, you are entitled to receive a full refund (minus shipping) upon the return of the product. (significantly misrepresented means you received the wrong product in this case.) (see Return Policy below)

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. 

Return Policy

Unless item received was majorly misrepresented, no returns are accepted. Every single item on HLC's website is built by hand at the time that it's ordered. I am a single employee leather shop and there are way too many combinations of colors, artwork, sizes, etc to be able to stock an inventory. Please study pictures and read the descriptions of each product, along with filling out ALL required fields and "Notes to Seller" box prior to ordering. This makes it easier for me to get started on your order, rather than trying to get in contact with you for your custom requests.
Turn Around Time

Due to high demand for Hoseman Leather Co's products , please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. I complete all orders on a first come first serve basis. I am a full time firefighter and dad, which both come before everything else. I do my best to get orders out as soon as possible, but life sometimes throws us a curveball which may cause a delay in production. If you are wanting an update on your orders status please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to provide you with one. Once the product you ordered is completed, you will be notified that I have created a shipping label and your order will be shipped. HLC reserves the right to extend turn around times to 6-8 weeks at my busiest times.

Christmas Orders (& other holidays)

PLAN AHEAD!!!! Place your order 5-6 weeks in advance, and include the date that you would like to receive it by in the comments at checkout. I try to build a stock of products prior to this season which helps, but doesn't nearly cover all of the variations of orders that I get.  I am honored to be a source of gifts for Christmas, birthdays, retirements, and hirings. As a reminder, I am just one person building products by hand, I am only able to guarantee delivery by December 24th as long as the order is placed by a date that is determined once a year. Check out my blog for updates on Christmas order deadlines and production times. Any order placed after that will not be guaranteed for delivery by December 24th, however I will try my best. 
Order Cancellation Policy
Because each product is 100% custom made at the time of order, once I get started on your order the order cannot be cancelled, if I haven't started it then its no problem to cancel.
